Comment: All the staff from scheduling, to confirmation of arrival time, to the service technician were the type of employees every service provider should strive to have. I received a call yesterday indicating the technician could arrive earlier than scheduled which was great! Tony arrived within a few minutes and immediately commenced work. He was most thoughtful and professional. Thanks for a nice clean carpet here at the holiday season. Nita Bagley

Comment: The phone rep. made the appointment for next week but when I asked if it was possible to come any earlier, she investigated and had a technician available within an hour. I was very impressed with her service. The technician was very nice and did an excellent job.

Comment: Since I use you all so much, I wish I had known about the keep it clean service. Kermit told me it was $25.00 and $5.00 a spot. He said he got paid by the hour, so he really didn't mine if he came back out. Please let me know next time, so I am well informed.

Comment: I loved my service guy, Ricky Buller. He was so nice and he did an amazing job on my carpets. I had several bad experiences with the previous guy, TJ Baker so I stopped using Dalworth. I am now going to use your company again. Thank you. I rated the On-Line service fair because the detailed differences between economy and standard are not visible during the order process when using a phone. I had to back out to see what was included.

Comment: I have used Dalworth for several years...thus the repeat business but this is the best work I have ever had done. No other technician has ever stayed more than 2 hours but yesterday, James Coleman was here over 4 hours...and the size of the area is exactly the same as it was in previous years. I really got my money's worth and the carpets and sofa look terrific. I have to commend Mr. Coleman personally for being so thorough and so professional...he worked every moment of those four and a half hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and will use Dalworth again...and recommend it to friends but I will request that James Coleman perform the work.

Comment: My only dissatisfaction is being charged a full room rate when not even 1/4 of it is addressed. Great deal for the vendor not great for the consumer. I would probably use your services more frequently if a more realistic pricing schematic in place. Technicians were exceptionally positive and glad to be there!
