Comment: So far, so good. They looked best while wet. Will see how they look in a few days. Was supposed to be great rate, but only had 2 rooms cleaned. I think the price was high but if the look continues to be good, it will be okay and will use again.

Comment: 21 hours after getting the carpets cleaned, they are damp in random places. However, it has been raining on and off for the past 24 hours, so the air has high humidity. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was professional and polite. He concentrated on his work and had a clean cut appearance. Thank you!

Comment: There were a couple of small areas that took almost 24 hours to dry. It was not a problem, but I mention it because of the specific survey question. Craig did a wonderful job cleaning our loveseat, and carpets look and feel clean. He also spent time answering my questions on caring for the carpet.

Comment: We had our carpets stretched. They did the best they could, considering the age of the carpet. There were areas, that after stretching did not respond to correction. Overall, George, did a goods job. The price was high, but we considered the Dalworth name would provide us with a QUALIFIED technician, not some rent a tech.
