Comment: Richard Hearne is an asset to Dalworth. He is a professional. The last time we had someone out, that was not the case. I can't even tell you or describe to you how much better our carpets looked after Richard did them compared to the men that cleaned them before. From now on, we will only ask for Richard.

Comment: Gary and Cindy did a very nice job on our carpet. They were prompt and efficient and thorough and pleasant. They both go full speed when they are here, but they leave excellent results. He's doing the heavy labor and she follows up with raking and scotchguard. Their teamwork is very complementary and smooth. They also are very good about keeping the rest of the house clean (hallways, etc) where their hoses have to lie. Some other cleaners were not as neat or careful as they are. Recommend them highly.
