The mattress is wonderfully clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the scent that was applied was absolutely overwhelming. I had to open the window even though it was freezing outside and leave it open with the ceiling fan for about 2 hours to get rid of it. It was a lot like the scents they use at the car wash, and I guess lots of folks probably like them.

Comment: Jose was exceptional, he was professional, courteous and provided excellent customer service. The first technician that came to my home - Hector (I believe that was his name) was more interested in selling upgraded services then performing the work. I have provided details to your office and will not go into detail again. Please help me understand how a technician can except a job with their own equipment and then get to your home and say his equipment is not working and he needs to have someone come out and fix it. He left our home and we did not know that he was not coming back. Not a good representative for your business. Had Jose not done such an excellent service I would not be providing the outstanding ratings that I am.

I've used this company in the past and they always done a good job . The initial phone call was very professional and Tiffany answered all my questions and got me scheduled. We are preparing to sell our home and I knew I could count on them to take care of cleaning our carpets and big area rugs . Well done.

Comment: tech told me that he does not clean tile that has not been sealed, but when I looked on your website it says that you can clean and seal tile so I would like him to come back out and re-do that bathroom he missed, because I was supposed to get it for free.
