Comment: He was exceptional. I say this because he was truly dedicated to doing an exceptional job. His work and useful tips brought our carpet back to life. For a time we stopped using Dalworth. because your work at best was fair. However, these last two times your service has been good and the price has been reasonable. Beruk really made a positive difference in our opinion of Dalworth. He is a five-star employee.

Monty met our dog at the door like they were best friends, I think she would have jump in the Dalworth van if I let her. Monty did a good job of explaining the process, suggested treatment specifically to help cleaning specifically due to dogs. Worked great, huge difference in way the carpet looked before and after. Ten year old carpet looks almost new.

Comment: Baruk was an amazing young man who I felt went way beyond just cleaning my carpets. Dalworth is blessed to have employees like this one. My carpet was a MESS and when he left it look "new". Thanks Baruk and Dalworth.

The representative that came from Dalworth did an amazing job I was really amazed how nice the carpet looked ,was very friendly and very polite.

Blake and Josue were very polite and knowledgeable young men. When my rugs came back they looked so good I sent two more with them. When I bought my rugs in Turkey I was told that they had to be sent to Atlanta when cleaning was needed. Dalworth did a beautiful job and they look brand new. Blake and Josue were on time when picking them up and bringing them back. Thank you Dalworth for a beautiful job and thank you for hiring great people to work for you.

He was also very helpful and explained a lot about how make sure things should be left so it could dry and look great. I went over this morning and it looks like the carpet is brand new!
