Comment: Great service from technician, however there appears to be creases in the living room carpet that were not there prior to cleaning. There were deep stains in office and technician treated & retreated, but did not come very clean. Appreciate the effort, but Stanley Steamer was able to remove similar stain in a past service. Perhaps their product is different from Dalworth. Would definitely recommend Dalworth.

Comment: Ther was no good smell i think there not enough cleaner and or cleaner had carpets done many times never smelled that bad can i get them redone? Tech was great!!!

Comment: The main reason for the service call was a pet stain and it was better after the cleaning, but we did have to go back over it the next day so I would have liked for him to have paid more attention to those areas a little more than what he did.

Our ductwork was cleaned last week. Have never done this service so our worker, Felipe, was so helpful in explaining the process. It was done very well and Dalworth is a friendly and very communicative business.

Comment: Mike was a little late, but he apologized when he got here. Hope he is the one that comes out for my tile cleaning. He was very pleasant and nice to talk to. He cleaned the carpet fast and did a thorough job. He explained everything very well. Told me of things to do to keep my carpet clean which I appreciated. Hope to see him on October for tile cleaning. Thank you all. Now he knows where I live. Ha Ha.

Comment: Erick Guerrero was fabulous, polite, professional and friendly. He displayed confidence and competency about the upholstery cleaning process. He was very time efficient. We are very pleased with the results! Our two chairs look great again. We I learned that he also is experienced in carpet and tile cleaning. I am on Dalworth's schedule to have 4 rooms of carpets cleaned on Thursday, Sept. 12 and would be very pleased for Erick to be the assigned technician.

Comment: Originally I thought the cost was high but the carpet looks almost new. Well worth the cost. Eric was my tech and he was excellent. He did a fantastic job.
