Comment: When I called to make the appointment I told the representative what the problem was. We were getting rid of an old gas grill and forgot to remove the grease trap from the grill. So, there was grease spilled on the stairs. We tried everything we could to get the stairs out....to no avail. I though I should call Dalworth. You had recently cleaned 3 rugs for us with excellent results. Frankly, I was somewhat skeptical that the grease could be removed. Boy was I wrong. The technician was maybe here 20 or 30 minutes and ALL the stains was completely gone. I was shocked that they were removed. Dalworth is the only company I will ever use for future messes that I create. Thank you so much.
