Comment: Chris Lewis did a wonderful job on the carpet. He went above and beyond by moving a heavy desk to clean under it. I really appreciated him doing that. He was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. A definite asset to your team. Next time I need my carpets cleaned at home or our two rent houses, I hope Chris will be person you should out. Overall, the work was good. Prior experiences were a bit more positive. Some spots were missed but the nature of the stain could have been the issue. Still, prior cleaning crews seem to have been more effective. Description of Work: Room cleaning

Comment: I wasn't expecting the drying process to take so long. Not sure why it took longer for all areas to dry than in our previous service. Other than that, all was good.

Comment: The competence was rated a little lower than the previous team I had several years ago. This team was not going to remove the vents and wash them like the previous time. I had to specifically ask them to do so, and they complied willingly. It made all the difference in the quality of the air. Vacuuming the vents just doesn't work like actually washing them! I've also notice the temperature is cooler since the vents were cleaned and I haven't had to change the thermostat. I will gladly recommend Dalworth Clean to anyone in the future. Thank you!

Comment: I was really happy with the service. All the spots came out! The only comment I have is the last 3 times I've had the service they have wanted to come EARLIER than the scheduled time. For example, my appointment was supposed to be noon to 2PM. They called asking to come earlier and arrived much earlier. Yesterday luckily I was home, but I feel that they should come at the time the APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED., not more than an hour earlier!
