He is a lovely, competent and friendly person, who has excellent social skills and a wide range of technical skills which together made the typical cleaning service more of a pleasure than an ordeal. I couldn't be happier with my very clean carpets and sofas. When I call on you again, I plan to request that you send back Howard--he is the best technician for me and the best ambassador you could have to represent your company!
