Comment: The carpets were all still very wet after the 3 hours we were told it would take for them to dry. We walked on them as little as possible while we placed as many fans as we could gather together (5 fans) for drying 3 rooms and a hallway. The fans were kept on all night and the carpets were dry the next morning. We were told in the explanation of services that "drying fans" would be used, but our technician did not use any fans before he left. The technician, James, did an excellent job of getting up the many stains and totally cleaning all the carpets requested. We are very pleased with his service and look forward to having our guests (that are coming soon) enjoy our clean home. Maybe next time, we can recommend 'drying fans'.

Comment: I expected a team at least of 2 persons,my house is 2058 sq.ft. Tile throughout. The person who took the order, asked for rooms not size of the house. I was given the option of having the work done on Saturday, I didn't required nor requested it.

Comment: There was a porcelain rabbit broken, they saved three pieces, but not two smaller ones. I was not told that it had happened. Some places still wet after 18 hours. Along the baseboards should have had attention,especially in the hall

Comment: Your independent contractor, Steven, was very efficient. He explained the procedure, but also included info about ceramic tile and its cleaning which was informative, and helped my husband and I know what to expect from the finished procedure. Our tile and grout is 100% cleaner, and I would definitely use Dalworth again.
