Comment: The day of our service I had to call in to see if we could move our appt back due to our movers being delayed because of the weather, Nancy worked with me to rearrange the schedule so I could have all the furniture out of the house in time. Comment: Surprised no fans were used. Even for what you're considering an "Economy" service - it absolutely would be great customer service to have had fans between room (if even just for the minimal amt. of time they were working on other rooms). I had to go between using central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and moving around small floor fans -- and it still took more than 24hrs. for all the areas to dry. Quite a bit of constant attention on my end. As I was a repeat customer, I DEFINITELY noticed a difference in drying time from your first visit - when fans were used.

Comment: Perhaps we're nitpicking, but the need to help move furniture even though we've specifically paid for it was slightly disappointing. Then again, considering the age of the people that came, I suppose that's not a huge surprise? I guess we shouldn't have expected all technicians to be built like movers, but still. Professionalism of the technicians were otherwise great and they were competent at cleaning all areas they could reach.
