Comment: Your Technicians are Excellent, they have done an excellent job every time. This is the first time I have gone the economy rout and the only bad thing I have to say is my fault. Next time I will opt for the deodorizer.

Comment: I wouldn't have the grout sealed again. The sealer for grout is still not dry... It feels a bit slippery to walk on. Otherwise, great service.

Comment: We were very impressed that the technicians were on time, given that there was a great deal of flooding in the Dallas area that day. They were courteous and professional and explained everything that they were doing. We had scheduled cleaning our wood floor for a week after the carpet cleaning and I asked the technicians if they could be assigned to clean our floor. This was our first experience with Dalworth and we were very pleased with the service we received.

Comment: Only negative was that the tech did not clean the bedroom closet carpets. I didn't point them out specifically but I did assume a bedroom clean included the walk in closet?

Comment: I was told I would get a 30min call ahead of time and I was not. The phone rep was knowledgeable and cheerful, but if it was not mention I would have not even brought this up. I am mentioning this ,so "We can make sure everyone is singing from the same sheet of music."

Comment: I was very impressed by the knowledge and attitude of the three men working at my house this past week. In particular, Brandon was a huge help and such a kind young man. They did a great deal of work and left my home looking better than it did before they arrived.

Comment: I'm not totally sure about how long the carpets took to dry. When I left the house a little before the 4 hour mark, they were still a little damp. I returned just before the 8 hour mark, at which point they were dry.
