Comment: I was having an issue at my home and the people that I talked to on the phone were great. They were late and had the wrong city but it all worked out great. The technician was very nice and patient. He was very understanding on my issues at the house and he did a great job. I would definitely use Dalworth again.

Comment: It was raining outside - probably had something to do with the carpet taking longer to dry. The air has just been so moist lately.

The technician was very nice, the service was completed, and the carpets look great. I did, however, have some issues with the service as a whole. The technician arrived in an old white van, not the nice Dalworth truck I was expecting. He began the service only to realize that the carpet cleaning equipment wouldn't work if the van didn't have a full tank of gas. I was told this particular truck was "finicky". The technician ended up having to leave to get more gas before he could start the service. Once he returned he completed the service in a timely manner, and the carpets looked great. I was just a little disappointed in the fact that the truck was old and gave us problems before we even got started. As far as the carpet cleaning goes, everything went well, but the whole experience was a little lacking. Description of Work: Carpet cleaning and scotch guard for all carpeted areas of new home. No furniture was present yet, as we had just purchased the house but hadn't moved in yet.

Comment: Mike and his assistant did a very good job. I really appreciate that they were able to come out and clean my carpets and grout on a holiday.

I called to ask about mold in my carpet. They said they would try to clean it if I wanted, but that mold was probably in the rug pad too, and cleaning would make it smell worse. They told me I might need to think about replacement. I am just impressed that they are honest about when they can help and when they can't. Description of Work: Phone call for an estimate
