Very impressed with this company! The manager spent time with me on the phone discussing recommended care for my rug. There was no hidden agenda or push for more services. In fact, he realistically advised me not to put a lot of money into the rug and to do a basic cleaning. I appreciated his candor and interest. The rug was removed and replaced very professionally but courteous and careful people. Great job of cleaning an old, thread bare rug. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Description of Work: Phone consultation regarding what my rug was like, what it might need, and recommendations; rug pick-up from my home; rug cleaning; rug delivered to home and neatly placed back in the house.

We were very pleased with the excellent care and service provided with our oriental rug! Every part of the process was professional, positive, and conscientious.
