Comment: The technician were very good. They need to pick small things they left behind. They left 3 razors which would be dangerous for a child to get hold to. Also, they didn't sweep up the carpet pieces on the tile floor from the stretching. They vacuum them off the carpet floor area not the cerament area.

Very impressed with this company! The manager spent time with me on the phone discussing recommended care for my rug. There was no hidden agenda or push for more services. In fact, he realistically advised me not to put a lot of money into the rug and to do a basic cleaning. I appreciated his candor and interest. The rug was removed and replaced very professionally but courteous and careful people. Great job of cleaning an old, thread bare rug. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Description of Work: Phone consultation regarding what my rug was like, what it might need, and recommendations; rug pick-up from my home; rug cleaning; rug delivered to home and neatly placed back in the house.

Comment: The service tech was very considerate of my breathing problem. He was careful to use a product that had little odor but would still clean properly. He was helpful in putting the furniture back. Also, the representative who took our order was not only polite, she seemed to be very efficient. There was followup contact and reminders of our appointment. We had lived in Grand Prairie for forty years prior to our move and we knew the reputation that Dalworth had.

Comment: I highly recommend the technician (Sam). He was very professional and didn't try to push services on you that were not needed and made the whole experience pleasant. I'm not sure but I think he might have been the same technician we had on another job and that was the reason we used your services again.

Comment: Belt broke before the cleaning & sealing of tile grout was finished. Tech did not have a spare. Had to go from our home in Frisco to Euless to get belt changed. Dispatcher gave us a 50% discount on sealing to make up for the disruption. Handled the situation very professionally.
