Comment: Billy was great both the carpets and the tile look and smell great!! I started the appointment online but was unable to schedule for the next day but surprise on a holiday weekend my call was returned and I got an appointment on a Sat afternoon!! I will make sure I always use your company. The carpet got damp adjoining the kitchen and apparently bleach had seeped in and this shredded the nylon carpet I called thinking it was the chemical used on the tile within 30 min. billy was back found the problem and repaied it at no additional cost or time spent by me . great company, and Billy saved the day!! Comment: Carpet was not cleaned behind bedroom doors. It appears that one stain was pretreated but then the area not cleaned. He did a great job of getting rid of some very difficult stains; however, two stains that appeared minor remain. I'm wondering if they were pre-treated or not. Hose was left in a clump in our front yard despite having been found rolled up neatly and tucked under the bushes. Overall, he did a great job, just a few concerns. Thanks.

Comment: Could be the high humidity but the carpets are WET to my bare feet even now. Even vacuumed the hall with my wet/dry vacuum to hurry the process..
