Comment: The service man that came out to clean my carpet. His name was Alberto. Aquvino, and he did such a thorough job that I would recommend Dalworth to any of my friends. He cleaned our carpets and took out a couple stains that I didn't think was going to come out. I we had just purchased the carpet and hadn't even paid for it. Alberto even went to the trouble of going upstairs and measuring the carpet that needed to have pet stain applied And drew me a diagram showing me just what he was going to do extra Alberto represented your company just as you would want him to do.

Comment: Tech was very honest and complete in his description of the task ahead of him, the risks. He was open to getting additional information from others in the company... The job was very thorough, and though not all spots could be removed, the difference is remarkable and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Comment: The tech had equipment problems...it took over an hour for him to start the job. I don't blame him for the equipment malfunction however he did not tell us what was taking so long until I went out to the truck. We are return customers and will use you again just need better communication.
