Comment: This is the second time I've used Dalworth. This time they cleaned 5 carpeted rooms and restored and sealed the marble entry. The technicians were excellent! They were very competent, worked extremely hard and did a great job. I will definitely have Dalworth back next time. Thank you Joe and Adam.

Comment: Ronnie Thomas did an excellent job, I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The only problem is this morning 4/24 rugs are still not dry. The humidity is very high so I imagine that's the problem. But otherwise I'm very happy with the results..

Comment: Chris did a great job, especially in explaining aspects of carpet cleaning. A very hard working, professional tech, he left us with "looking new" carpet. Thanks (he was only 30 minutes later than the appointed time so not a big deal. Mostly concerned about his safety}

Comment: I am age 84. I thought it would be nice to have someone clean my carpet. After I received, by E-mail, the paper work, I read that It was best for me to vacuum the carpet. This I did, but I had thought that this would be done by your company. I worked hard to move the furniture so it would be easy for the technician. My carpet is about 2 2/3 years old; therefore, it was not real dirty. However, my path from my office to the kitchen had shown the need of cleaning. I had hoped that the cleaning would help this area, but it did not seem to do so. After the carpet dried, I ran the vacuum cleaner over the area in the kitchen, but it did not really help very much. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? George Wilmott
