Comment: The carpets were VERY wet. They looked great, but I feel as if the machine didn't suck much of the water back out. I am used to it taking about 6 hours to dry but I had to put fans all over the house for 2 days to get the carpet dry. Technician was great, as always.

Comment: Kermit is coming back out with his manager because the grout does not look clean. My husband and I are not upset. Sometimes the grout is dark when its wet and you can't tell if its clean. I just glad he is going to give this another try.

Comment: The only problem I had was that on my confirmation order they did not give me the discount for scheduling on a day when they were in the area but when I called about it it was quickly changed to the discount price - no problem
