Comment: I have been in my house for twenty years, but we have always used Stanley Steamer. Now that we have Harold Grimes you have a new customer. He is knowledgeable and professional. What I like the most about him is that he respected my home. He always checked on the door which was great. In the pass I have had many contractors in my home and they treat your home like an investment property. Mr. Grimes is truly a respectable man

Comment: Richard Hearn, franchise owner, arrived promptly and didn’t waste any time getting to work. He did a fantastic job and made my 15-year old carpet look brand new! Richard was very friendly and informative on several subjects of carpet care. We had great conversation the entire time he was working diligently cleaning my carpets. I could never say enough good things about him and will definitely recommend him and Dalworth to everyone I know!

Comment: Alex who I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointments was outstanding! Only disappointment was spending the money to clean a carpet that did not smell any better after it was cleaned and deodorized. My tenants had 2 large dogs. We did pay additional 60.00 to deodorize. There were no urine stains just a heavy dog smell. Other options were discussed but the price was high so now replacing the carpet. The person who cleaned, polished and sealed the marble floors in 2 of our homes on Saturday did a fantastic job!

Comment: Carpet has brown spotting from the matting below getting too wet. I would like Dalworth to come back out and spot clean to remove these spots.

Always impressed with their professionalism. On time and easy to do business with. Their knowledge of the carpet business shows years of experience in detecting causes of stains, age of carpet, water damaged foundation seepage areas, lots of tiny clues the average person would not know to look for nor understand the resulting impact. Comment: Although I added three other small bedrooms to my existing order, I was not expecting that much of an increase. However, at the time I did not further questions the amount.

Comment: The service technician did an a amazing job. He made my 15-year old carpet look like new and removed all the stains in a short time. I told him that I was thinking of replacing the carpet, but after the job he did, I think I’ll hold on to it for a few more years. He was very personable and friendly.
