Comment: My technician, Chris Hoover, was by far the BEST technician that I have ever had to clean my carpets. He is very knowledgable, he answered any and all of my questions regarding carpet care. In all of the years that I have been having various companies clean my carpets no one has ever taken the time to explain things in the detail that Chris did. I appreciate that so much! My carpets look great, I am very pleased with a job well done and Dalworth will now be the only company I call to have my carpets cleaned.

Dalworth has been the only carpet cleaning firm we have used for over 30 years. We always get good results. Currently we use Monte. He knows our carpets and does an exceptional job. He is also a nice person.

Comment: The carpet is 22 years old, and I am amazed at how good it looks. I thought I would have to replace it soon, but now I think I will get some more time out of it. I can't say enough good things about the technician. He was very knowledgeable about the carpet and very professional and efficient and my carpet hasn't looked this good in a very long time. Comment: Our technician did an excellent job. The tile and carpet came out great. My only complaint is the laminate flooring I have adjacent to the carpet, along the edge, became too wet from the tile cleaning and now it has appeared to buckle from the moisture. This is very disappointing since I felt I paid a premium to have excellent service. The work done was excellent, however, since there was laminate adjacent to the tile and carpet more care should have been taken to keep the laminate side dry. When I saw water along the edge during the process I did put down some towels to prevent the water from reaching the laminate, however , I did not follow the cleaning closely since I was sick and resting. Is there any credit you can issue so I can call my flooring company and have the laminate replace along these borders?
