Comment: I wasn't informed on the late arrival until I called to see what was going on. I'd work late and awaken early to receive the service and had to get back to work that afternoon. I was extremely tired. I would have appreciated a little common courtesy concerning time.

Comment: The Technician (Cameron Beruk I think) was great. One of my rooms couldn't be cleaned and he helped me change over to add deodorization for the carpets. He had someone to call me at work 30 minutes before he was done, so I could get home and back to work as soon as possible. Great job!

Comment: The tech came 2 hours early and didn't let me know so I wasn't there so the price was higher than I expected after the fact. Otherwise, he did do a great job and every thing looks good.

Monty was great. Made 2 repairs that looked like new and cleaned 2 rooms.

You must request Monty and no I am not related to or a friend of Monty. My quote to have a major cleaning job (controlled flooding) seemed a bit pricey at first but allowed me to avoid pulling pad and rid the house of pet smell. I ended up eventually saving a substantial amount of money and referring Monty to clean my place of business. It does not get any better than this...No garbage No B.S

Comment: Since I am 70- Years-Old, the technician was worried about me getting up and down the stairs following the clean. He set up drying fans for me and the carpets dried so fast! The technician was super professional and was very kind to a sweet old lady. I would recommend Jose to anyone. He seems like a perfect fit for anyone for the way he handles his business. He knew what he was talking about and was still very nice and helped explain everything.

Comment: Mark and Buddy did fantastic work, making my years old carpet look brand new again! They also cleaned and sealed tile in my kitchen and did a superb job. Thanks for taking such care with my carpets and tile, your professionalism and hard work was much appreciated!
