Comment: THE TECH WAS WONDERFUL. SUCH A NICE MAN. I TRUSTED HIM COMPLETELY. I EVEN WENT BACK TO MY OFFICE AND WORKED WHILE HE WAS DOING THE CLEANING. I HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WILL USE AGAIN.

Comment: On question 7 above, I really do not know how long it took to dry. I did not time it. We did however wait 36 hours before removing the protectors under the chair legs. We are well pleased.

Comment: I found some dog hair close to the stairs. I wanted the tech to use a hand held tool to clean the stairs. I don't have time for anyone to come back out.

Comment: My marble floor and vanity look great! The only complaint I have is that when the crew removed the door from the powder room to be able to get the equipment in the room, they chipped up the new paint job on the door facing badly. I think they could have been more careful. However, they were apologetic and were very eager to do a good job on the marble polishing and honing to the older marble which had not been taken care of. This was in the house when we moved in 13 years ago. It looks great now!
