Comment: The technician (Vinny?) was fabulous, and he did the best job possible in a really gruesome situation (an intestinal flu "biohazard"!)...unfortunately, the stains were still visible when the carpet dried & we are going to have to recarpet that bathroom, but an unbearable mess was still cleaned up satisfactorily while we waited for new carpet, so I tip my hat to Dalworth & would definitely call on you again! I think some sort of enzyme was used to work on the odor problem, very successfully.

Comment: The only thing that I don't like is that when I called in to get a pricing they cant give you a price for the pet treatment only a base price for the rooms i'm getting cleaned. I don't like this because I don't know the final price for the cleaning. I understand that you kinda have to do it that way but I wish there was a better way. I have used this Tech twice and he has given me a fair deal both times.

Comment: We had all our hardwood floors revitalized and buffed (800 sq ft). They look amazing! And both the technician giving the estimate and the technician that did the actual job could not have been any nicer. We are thrilled with the results!

I have used them for years, and they have done a great job. They haven't done anything in my house probably in 5 months. Everything looked fine. I have used the same guy for 3 and half years. When I first bought my house, he was great, and I have used him every since. I got them from advertizing on TV. The price is comparable to everyone else. Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets.

Comment: I've used Dalworth for years and to be honest, its always been a hit or miss with technicians and cleaning services. This time, Adam, the technician was exceptional. He receives an A+. He truly took his time with spots. Would love to be able to use the same tech for my next service but as in past years whenever I've asked for a specify tech at time of scheduling, another one shows up. I'd most likely have my carpets cleaned more often if I could count on the same tech each time.

Comment: This is the best carpet service I have had. I will definately call you again. I truly appreciated that the technician did not try to sell other services, just did what I ordered in a very excellent way. My experience with other services is that the technician would go all around the house and try to scare me into getting my ducts cleaned, or charge per spot for spot removal, etc, etc. I am tired of this approach. . .and so I think your service is out of the ordinary in that respect. You have won a customer. When I told Mother who cleaned my carpets, she said. . .Of course, I always use Dalworth!
