Work was done pretty well. I've used Dalworth pretty consistently for the past 5 years. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in the entry way from the garage and moved all the furniture and cleaned the carpets in living room and cleaned the floor in the kitchen.

Comment: website should give better description of upholstery cleaning details. I had to pay extra to get what I needed. Almost felt like the cleaners were upselling but I know they were being honest.

Comment: Bobby did a fantastic job on our carpets. He took the time to talk about what he was going to do and he listened to our needs of areas with high traffic. He did rush to just get the job done, he took the time to do it right. I had my dates wrong and when I called in the young lady on the phone took the time to see if they could work me, which they were able to do. Thank you for the great job and wonderful customer service.

Comment: This tech was incredibly professional. My girlfriend could not stop talking about how great he was. He took a awkward situation and made the best out of it. He deserves five stars. He was one of the best technicans we have ever had out to our home. He also deserves a raise for how professional he treated my girlfriend.

Comment: To be honest I've never had upholstery professionally cleaned so don't know what the going rate is. It seemed like a lot, but I know that Dalworth does a good job so didn't get other quotes. Kermit, the technician, did an excellent job and was personable and professional.
