Comment: Branden was very professional and courteous. We just purchased the house in the last 6 weeks and Branden let us know that the filter the previous owners were using for the HVAC was too small and that a larger size would make the unit more efficient and cost effective as well as cutting down on dust and allergens. Branden represented the company very well.

Comment: Overall great job getting it all done and looking like new again! One small nitpick item was a small drape was "tucked in" to our home theater project screen and it has a small dimple now. Looks like it was done to keep that drape off the floor ( it's a black drape that goes behind our screen). I'm sure it will be fine. Otherwise great job by Vinny and we'd use you again.

Comment: Our representatvie was Glen. He was the consumate professional and took care to clean the carpets and the kitchen tile and grout. We even agreed to have him clean and charge for a few extra areas that we had not orgiinally contracted for and he was able to provide reasonable and timely estimates. He also applied Scotchguard on the carpets and sealer on the tile (for an additional charge of course). I would recommend him and Dalworth to any and all of my friends, family and acquaintances. Thanks so much for sending him. We are enjoying our newly cleaned carpets and tile!

Comment: The technician was late, but I was called 3 times to keep me up to date of the status. I was asked if I needed to reschedule due to the delay, but I was home all day, so it was fine. I completely understand that some jobs take longer than expected. Stephen (Steven) was a great tech. I would welcome him into my home anytime. I'm still waiting for my carpet in the living room to dry. It has a strange odor, so I hope that dissipates as the carpet dries completely.

Comment: We recently moved into a home that had a powerful dog odor. Paid a carpet company a pretty penny because they vowed to have the smell out and they failed. I almost cried that day i felt so hopeless. My mother and sister inlaw told me to call Dalworth. The professional technicians came to our home figured out the best service to tackle the smell and from the phone representatives to the techs they were passionate to help. For a great price Dalworth cleaned our vents, fogged our home and cleaned our carpet. My family suffers with alleries and we can breath so well! Thank God for Dalworth clean. Thanks to you guys we have a fresh new home!

Comment: They were VERY professional and went the extra mile. I didn't know how long it took for the carpet to dry bc my house is vacant. I didnt go back after they finished. They got spots up that no other carpet cleaner has gotten up. HIGHLY SATISFIED withDalworth from the phone call to the finish!

They had a coupon in the little blue value pack to do so many rooms for a certain amount. They came out and did exactly what they said they would and what I asked for. They did not move furniture I did it myself. They had different levels and my carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while. We moved alot of things ourselves and picked things up off the floor and moved it. It didn't take long to dry. They came early morning and by the time I got home from work that afternoon it was pretty much dry. They called the day before to let me know they was coming and asked to change the time that they came which worked out fine for us. I had them scheduled for later in the day and they asked to come in the morning and we would be the first ones they did that day which worked out fine. Description of Work: Cleaned carpet.
