Comment: Actually placed my order on Angie's List. Took longer than expected for a call. I sent an email to find out about my order and left a cell phone number. I was contacted about 20 minutes later to set up my service. Said they had tried to call my number from Angie's List but was going to a busy signal acting funny. When I got home I did not have any messages, and my phone had no problems. But agent was able to get me on the schedule right away the same afternoon. Which made me very happy! The service technician was very nice, and did a good job cleaning my sofa. This turned a bad situation into a very good experience. Thank you! Regular pricing is too high just to have a sofa cleaned, the special from Angie's List made it more affordable for me.

Comment: Rick, I hope you read this! My service was to clean the tile and grout. The phone estimate was off the mark because of the scale of my rooms. Ronnie measured and gave me an accurate bid which BTW was $200 more than the phone bid. This type of service needs an on sight estimate to be done. Neither Ronnie nor the phone tech were to blame.

Comment: very pleasant service couple. will use again. iIn my carpet, have a stubborn patch - main thorough fair - that still wants to try to show dirt again. maybe i need to request special spot cleaning next time....but i am happy with the service and will call next time.

Comment: The first technician for the job - refused the job. Later in the day Harold came and inspected the job and he and the dispatcher were able to rearrange his schedule for him to come back the next day. He did a fantastic job - very meticulous cleaning in all areas. I had lots of cat odors and litterbox accidents that he cleaned - so he used lots of cleaner on the carpet and couch sectional. He did say the cat urine inside the couch did not come up - he told me ahead of time that would be the case. I highly recommend Harold as an excellent technician and employee who went the extra mile, had a positive can do attitude, and did a great job! When recommending DalWorth, I would tell others to specifically ask for Harold!! Thank you Harold and Dalworth. I am very happy with the excellent and thorough job!

Comment: Sam arrived on time and was quite courteous and friendly. He did an excellent cleaning job. I was very pleased with the work he did. He even took a moment out to give my dog Samuel L Basset a tummy scratch. I would ask for him again.

It turned out just fine. I was pleased that the carpets weren't super wet when they left. We were able to walk on them pretty much right away. The guy was quick and punctual and seem to do a good job. I do think they're a little expensive. Description of Work: They were fine. They cleaned some carpets for us.

Comment: Your old website used to be so easy to use - just put in the # of rooms and away you go. Now you expect the user to know the size of the rooms - get real! This looks like the website was developed for your accountants to make sure you get the most money from your customer and you have forgotten that the website must be easy for your customer to use if you expect to get/retain business. I tried to use your website some time ago and just threw up my hands in disgust. I considered going elsewhere but I really like the service technicians in my area. And BTW I didn't get the info entered correctly for my house.

Comment: The only glitch was that the phone rep left cleaning a bathroom that was included in the estimate off the work order. This caused the service tech to have to handle the omission with the Dalworth office. The service tech resolved the issue and cleaned the bathroom in question for the estimated quote. A rare commodity today, customer service! Kudos!

Comment: My only issue is that the technicians truck had no sign on it to identify it as a Dalworth truck. He did have a shirt that had the logo.
