Comment: The reason I used Dalworth vs a competitor, was due to the great job your Service Rep, Vinnie, did while inspecting my carpets. He used an ultraviolet light to see where dog stains were located & got down on his knees to check if such a stain could be removed. He advised me up front on worn areas that might be tougher to get 100% clean. He explained what pieces of furniture he could move, & the time it would take for the job & drying time. Vinnie was very courteous & professional & arrived on time. He was the same person who cleaned my carpets & he didn't rush through the process, but instead spent extra time on hard spots to try to get the carpet as clean as possible. The dog stains came out & when my husband arrived from work, he said the house smelled 'fresh'. Vinnie didn't leave until I had inspected all the areas to ensure I was happy with the job. Great job!

Comment: Not sure how long it took carpets to dry, we hadn't moved into the unit yet and they were dry by the time we came back next day. Overall my experience was super positive, from Gary who took my order, Lisa the dispatcher who helped the tech find my condo, and the tech himself (can't remember his name, sorry!). Your people there are excellent and we will definitely use you all again. Thanks for the help!
