Comment: Engine broke down and tech and office went out of their way to make it work for me the next day. Awesome service, worked with me on my special request of steam only. Comment: I did not like the new online order service. Measure my rooms? I don't have that much time to waste. I deleted my order the first time, but decided to go back and just put in something and hope it was right. I didn't see the point since I was getting the "6 rooms for $" deal anyway. Other than that, every other aspect of dealing with Dalworth was great, as usual. I've tried Zerorez because of their use of less chemicals and price, but you get a different tech every time. I've been using the Taylors for years and they always do a great job.

Bobby and Cindy were professional, friendly, energetic, and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. As always, we were very pleased with their results. Comment: This was my first experience with Dalworth and the Phone Representative led me to believe my carpets would not be cleaned while lying on the hardwood floors--but that the technician would take them outside to clean and dry (which made perfect sense); however, the technician "Tracy" was very confident that it was not only possible, but common practice to clean them directly on the hardwood floors?? I was confused and concerned and called Dalworth immediately. The manager assured me it was possible and safe to clean my carpets while lying on the hardwoods (just as Tracy had said), so I trusted the manager and Tracy and Tracy did an AWESOME JOB! Tracy was courteous, professional and patient (even while I was obviously rattled), and worked diligently to clean all of my items thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with Tracy's expertise and will request Tracy be our technician on future orders ~ Thanks Dalworth!

Comment: Great Job. I think our tech's name was Louis. We have been using Kiwi and our carpets have never looked this good until Dalworth cleaned them. Louis also did a great job cleaning our tile. We will definitely use Dalworth again.
