Comment: The only problem I can think of was we didn't get a conformation until a couple of days before the scheduled cleaning. From what I understood we were supposed to get a conformation pretty close to the time we booked it.

Comment: When scheduling apt was offered an earlier apt - could not accommodate Dalworth's request, so scheduled for 9-11am. Confirmed day before for 9-11am. Was then called later that evening to see if I could do earlier apt - still could not. Then morning of, was called to ask if tech could arrive early.... still could not.. Not too much of an issue, but if customer has said no on more than one occasion for your request, chances are the answer is no.

Comment: George and Jenn were awesome! The sweetest husband wife team ever! They did such a great job and I'm extremely happy with their work! Will definitely recommend Dalworth BUT will especially recommend them! The reason for "fair" rating - thought the tile price was a bit high for cleaning. Overall very happy!

Comment: The technician was the best I've ever had; prompt, friendly, explained what he was going to do, and my carpets look wonderful. Sam (the technician) even gave me paper booties to wear while my carpets dried. I will request him when I have my carpet cleaned again. I have used your company for many years and always come back to you - your method of cleaning works for my carpets. I received more phone calls than I ever have from you guys- I think the person who went over the order was new and it took too long - I was home, if I'd been at work, I couldn't have spent that much time on the phone, but she must have been new. Then the order confirmation had "vacuum before we get there", which was incorrect - that was the one thing I wanted! Amber called me and we straighten it out. A couple of the calls were to find out if thee was a hydrant - seems to me they could have checked my history and saw that you guys had been out many times. This is just because you asked for it - otherwise I wouldn't have brought all this up. All the callers were polite. I think the price for protectant is outrageous at $35 a room, but I was told your supplier raised it, not you. Overall, I will definitely call you again! and I will request Sam! thank you - I don't need a response.

Comment: The two gentlemen that cleaned the carpets were very polite and professional. Both my Wife and I were thrilled with the services and haven't stopped bragging about them!!! Comment: I was disappointed that he didn't clean the carpet under our master bed. We were told if everything was out from under the bed then he would clean. I told him to clean under the guest bed and he did it but I didn't think I needed to tell him both beds... duh... can't he look! Anyway, other than that we were very pleased and he was a nice guy.

Comment: It was really humid and that's why I think the carpet took so long to dry. The price was good but I added on the high traffic areas for $100 and that was kind of expensive.

Comment: Vinny was our Tech and he was very good and attentive to our carpet cleaning needs. (Loved the fact that he put base board protectors in place so that the cleaning hose would not scratch our wood)!!
