    Comment: Steve was excellent. Couldn't have been happier with his professionalism. The only issue is the smell of the carpet. It has been 2 days and the carpet has an odd smell. My carpet is 1.5 years old and I realize it's not going to smell like new carpet but hopefully the odd smell will dissipate.

    Comment: I request Frank every 3 months when I have my carpets cleaned because he will go over any areas that I feel need a little more cleaning without getting upset like many other Dalworth cleaners do!
