Comment: I was a little out off by the son. He rang my doorbell and as soon as I answered, there was not a single greeting and I was automatically asked to move my car. Bobby was nice and friendly after that just seemed rude to be a greeting. I also did not like the fact that they left my door wide open during the entire time they were at my house. Which cost my electric as well as my service for the carpets. I could of understood if it was cracked because of the hoses but there was no effort to keep it closed.

Comment: The carpet was cleaned well, however, I feel like my price should have been discounted due the three hour wait time to get a technician to my resident. I was given a two hour appointment between 10a-12p. I had to call several times to finally get a technician after 1p. I can understand problems, but I think someone should have contacted me, before I contacted Dalworth..

Comment: Absolutely loved the techs and did a great job. Besides cleaning the carpets I also had them stretched. They did a great job and very knowledgable in what they were doing. I will for sure continue to use Dalworth and will request the techs again next time.

Comment: My carpet looks great. I really appreciated Richard coming in discussing what I wanted done and he did not try and sell me any more services or rooms to be cleaned. In the past I have had this happen, that they want to do more rooms, or add additional cleaning to what I want done.

Comment: The late arrival was due to the inclement weather. I did receive a call informing me that they were running late but to expect them between 2:30 and 3:00. This was the only call I received, and they showed up between 3:30 and 4:00. I am not upset by any of the time issues, I just did not feel well informed.
