Comment: My technicians (Monty & his partner, I think his name was David, were curteous, anxious to please and went the extra mile to meet not only my needs but my expectations. Although they were serving me in the midst of a snow and ice storm, the effects of the storm not only did NOT impede their work, but they managed to keep the outside mess outside and the inside sparkling clean.
