Comment: It would be great if you have a special going on the web,that your phone reps offer the same deal when you call in. It saves you from going out to the web and searching for a coupon or reduced price and then calling back to ask for the reduced price.

Comment: The team that came out to do our carpets was phenomenal. They answered all my questions and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They did not seem like contract workers. My carpets looked better than I thought they would. There were lots of stains on the living room carpet from the previous owner and they got most of them out. I was so happy. The next time we get are carpets cleaned I will use Dalworth and I will also ask for the same team. This team rocked it!

Comment: I was completely satisfied with the cleaning of my carpets. I do plan to have the upstairs rooms cleaned soon. I do not know how long it should normally take for the carpets to dry, but they were still damp the next morning. I do honestly think the weather was a factor. The rooms look great and I am completely satisfied with my service. Richard was so friendly. I appreciate him explaining to me what he was going to do before he began. I had to leave before Richard was finished cleaning the carpets. I had no reservation about paying for my services and leaving him in my home unattended. I felt completely comfortable doing so.

Comment: I had my sofa upholstery cleaned. The result was great, but I did not like the smell of the product used. I have allergies, and the smell caused me congestion and coughing throughout the night following cleaning. I wish you could do away with scents and fragrances please.

Comment: I usually have the carpet protector applied every other time if not every time. It took the carpets a little longer to dry due to the colder weather and I didn't use ceiling fans or portable fans like I usually do. I should have turned the heat up overnight but didn't think about it. The carpet wasn't wet the next day, just a little damp so I went longer before putting chairs, end tables, etc., back down.

Comment: not sure they vacuumed prior to cleaning, I had done a preliminary vacuum after moving furniture, but just wanted to be sure all dirt/debris gone prior to steam cleaning

Comment: Our technician Craig Kirk did a great job and removed soy sauce stains that prior technicians did not get out. He had a great attitude and was very friendly.
