Comment: My phone represenitive was excellent. Well spoken, knowledgeable, sincere and helpful. My carpet technician David was very professional and helpful. He did the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. I am very pleased with my total service. I will use and recommend Dalworth again. I have used other services including Stanley Steamer but not again. I used a coupon so felt I got a fair price. Thank you.

Comment: Our carpets are almost 10 years old and should really be replaced. Because of medical bills, that just isn't in the budget at this time. Bobby and Justin did their best to bring our carpets back to life so we could enjoy our home longer as it is. Nice guys.

Comment: Carpets were cleaned yesterday. Completed approximately 5:00P. The hallway is almost dry, however bedroom still wet. I chose 12-16 hours in the survey but could possibly be 24 hours. I was satisfied with the service and technician was polite.
