Comment: I was so happy with both the phone representatives and technician. I especially appreciated the expertise of the technician, Chris. He took the time to evaluate my carpet and advise me as to the best plan of action for my particular situation. He revived my 30 year old carpet and added years to it's life. Now it looks and feels great. He also gave me great advice as to how to spot clean it when necessary.

Comment: Melissa the Phone Representative and Steve the Technician were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We bought the PREMIUM service which included cleaning baseboards. Our baseboards were not cleaned, it was probably just an accidental oversight. Thank you.

Comment: I was informed the technician would be late, but they were later than the newly scheduled time. When he got to my home, there was not much time to complete the job, but he worked quickly and got it done, and did a great job. Because of the limited time, drying fans were not used.

Comment: First class experience all the way!!! AND, my carpets look amazing!!! Technician, Sam Jeanes, arrived and looked at my project, we discussed each element of the cleaning and he went to work. He asked me questions during the cleaning process and asked my opinion. I am very pleased with the results. And I asked Sam if he felt good about the job he'd just completed for me and he replied, "Yes, I do!" Thank you all!
