Comment: Only issue we had was that you had to change the date and time of our appointment after we had submitted it, as it appeared someone else had gotten the same time. It was explained that the on-line system only provides a hold until it is confirmed manually by someone at your organization. Seems somewhat inefficient and misleading to the on-line user.

Comment: Bobby G and team were excellent. They were right on time explained everything to us, extremely professional and did a super job. What we really liked is that they kept on complemented the owner and said what a great company it is to work for. They were very very happy employees. We liked them so much that in the next couple of months we will probably call back for additional services.

Comment: This condo is vacant and is being sold. The first people who viewed the property said there was as strong urine odor. This was Not present prior to being cleaned. The dirt etc. is gone, but the smell is not acceptable. Is there any recourse from you for this problem? Please let me know ASAP. I am also going to call the office and talk with someone there. Comment: Dom and Robert(?) our technicians were fabulous. They were so polite and funny. They kept us informed every step of the way as to what they were doing next. Their uniforms were a bit dirty from an earlier job they had worked, but they went right to work and wasted no time crawling into my attic and getting to work. I am very pleased with my service technicians, and Dalworth for the service we recieved.
