Comment: Alberto did a competent job cleaning my carpet that had many pet stains. He even removed a gray,greasy stain that two other professional cleaners couldn't remove. I liked his" can do" attitude.

Comment: I think the first three rooms were done excellently. The forth room was definately not done with as much care. The reason I had carpets cleaned in the first place was to clean up after puppy training. The last room was the least affected, yet still has pee stains left on it. All the others have no left over evidence of stains. I'm a bit disapointed in that. Obviously, the stains will come out, so there is no excuse for what was left. :0(

Comment: Only the living room was cleaned due to a horrible red wine stain between two chairs. The tech did a good job, however I can still see a little color in the almost new (6 mos. purchased from Dalworth). I'm wondering if I should ask you to come back just to spot clean that one area. It might be helpful if you discuss this with your technician to see what he thinks. Thank you.

Comment: Professional customer service. Operator was friendly, professional and efficient. Only minor comment...to many calls to set up and verify the appointment, however communication is always better if more than less.
