Comment: HE WAS VERY NICE MAN. THE CARPETS JUST TOOK TOO LONG TO DRY. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO COME BACK OR CALL. PLEASE DO NOT SAY ANYTHING TO THE MAN WHO CAME. IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD HAVE THE TECH MAKE SURE THE CARPETS ARE MORE DRY BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

Comment: Servicemen arrived exactly on time, which was very much appreciated. The servicemen were friendly and provided good, efficient service with very positive results. There was only one concern: I was a bit surprised the truck did not have a Dalworth logo, so I was a bit wary at first.
