Comment: Service was on Christmas Eve my apt was from 2-4 but the tech shoed up at 9 am and I recieved no phone call the night before or the morning to let me know he was coming early. I am glad I was home or I would have missed my apt, I t ended up better for me in the long run but I was not called or notified about the change. My service was great though.

They were on time. We asked for carpet cleaning and possible stretching, depending on the estimate. There was some discussion to clarify what areas would be done in regards to stretching. There is a one year warranty on the stretching. We were told that because the quality of the carpet was so high, the stretching may need to be done again before it needed to be replaced. We had vacuumed ourselves and moved small furnishings, and our king bed before their arrival. The employees came in an unmarked truck, but wore uniforms. They were friendly, helpful, professional. The work took several hours, but was well done. They worked very h****** spot removal, and were successful on some stains I thought were a lost cause. I would recommend them to my friends. Description of Work: Cleaned and stretched carpets in 5 areas-mid priced option. I was told they would move all the furniture except king sized beds, and entertainment centers with technology hook ups, or china cabinets, and they would vacuum before cleaning.

Comment: He was one of the best tech I've ever had and I have used Dalworth for 20 years. He was able to get out spots in a couple chairs I had that other technicians said were permanent.

Comment: My service men were Monty and Andrew. I've had many carpet cleaners and I can honestly say they did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet. They were very efficient and neat (cleaning up as they went to prevent slipping and sliding on my tile flooring), and very professional and confident in their knowledge. I would specifically request them again.

Comment: They did a great job....I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to how long drying time was (I think he told me with the overcast weather that it would take 6 hours).......drying time was fine...

Comment: The only observation I would make that is slightly negative is they don't really pay attention to the walls the hose ran along my walls and scuffed the paint. Train your people to be more attentive other than that I was very happy. The tech He was very polite and professional. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Comment: Had to reschedule the work due to no helper for carpet stretching. This delayed our showing of our house for sale. All ended up OK in the end.

Comment: The service men did an excellent job, courteous and were timely. We had a small flood and had foul odors after the carpet got wet - now the carpet is like new and smells great!

Comment: I wish the website could have informed me that the tech would be here for about 6 hours. Previously, I had 2 techs and they were done in abt 2 hrs I had to cancel plans for the afternoon because of the length of service with only 1 tech. He did a great job, especially on the tile floors. Next time, I will use the phone and specifically ask for how long the service will take.
