Comment: I had my sofa and 2 club chairs cleaned and spayed with protectant. The cleaned items look cleaner, but sadly all of the discoloration did not come out after the cleaning.

Comment: The appointment time selected from the website could not used. Received a call requesting the appointment time be changed. After drying, it took several passes with the vacuum cleaner to return the carpet pile to a uniform appearance.

Comment: The times available on the website were not similar to the times available when the customer service lady called to tell me my time was not open. Then I was put on a waiting must and no one contacted me do I called and checked to see when I could be fit it. The service man ran 2 hours late after my 3-5 o'clock window. Quality of work was good but disorganized on scheduling.

Comment: I was most impressed at how the phone representative took the extra time to try to accommodate my request for same day service. I had called two other companies and Dalworth was the only one who worked out the schedule to help me in a bind before I had a house full of guests! Plus, the stains and odor are gone! The technician was also speedy fast! I am more than pleased the overall service and will use Dalworth again! Thank you!

Comment: Technician very pleasant and professional. Did a great job on the carpets. Talked me into cleaning the tile/grout. This didn't come out as well as I had hoped. Didn't feel it was worth the cost.

Comment: I had an expensive chair cleaned. They did a great job but after it dried two small stains appeared on an arm. I dont recall them being there. Can u do anything?

Comment: The technician was very nice and did a good job . The only issue was that excess water was left on the tile along the perimeter of the rooms with carpet. I wiped it up myself throughout the house. I would suggest the tech wipe it up after finishing each room as to give a better customer service experience . It was annoying that the water was just left puddled on the tile for me to deal with.

Comment: The only comment I have is that it was raining and muddy outside and the technician brought in mud on his shoes and had to go back and reclean some of the areas that he had already done because he tracked in mud into my home.
