I request the service time that we get each time, and I feel that he is the owner of his own truck, I am not sure if they are agents, or if they are actual owners of the truck, although it says Dalworth on it. The technician I use is Jared. He is always very helpful. He is one of those guys that will go the extra mile for you. I had a stain that the dog had chewed an ink pen and I had ink on my carpet. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, and he worked on it. It is not completely gone, but it is 98% better. I can live with that. Their price is pretty competitive. Description of Work: I used Dalworth. We did carpet cleaning, and we had some pet issues. He did 2 bedrooms, stairs, and 2 living areas.
