Comment: the online order service does not seem to be accurate on the time frame that is available every time I use the online service someone has to call me and change the time or date on me. Richard is outstanding he always does a great job.

Comment: Our technician was Sam Geanes. He was professional, knowledgable and effecient. Everything he told us was accurate. He said that the odor from the cleaning solution would dissapate wtihin an hour and it did. He said that the carpets would take 6 - 8 hours to dry and he was right. I will definitely use Dalworth again and will request Sam to provide the service. Thank you so much.

Comment: I had a 3 year old little boy here when they came to clean the ducts and it was his birthday, the technician gave him a dollar for his birthday, it made his day. you have great techs working for you. He also did a fantastic job and was a very nice man.
