Comment: I scheduled the appointment with Jenny Dustin. She was efficient and was able to provide information we needed to submit to our insurance company as part of a claim. She was professional in a very welcoming manner. I almost felt like I was talking to a friend rather than making an appointment with a complete stranger. Our tech Randy was friendly and communicative. He went out of his way to do a great job. The tile floors look great and the carpet smells fresh and feels soft. While Randy was working, apparently one of our neighbor's dogs had gotten loose and came walking through my front door. Randy immediately came to find me. Because of his quick action, I was able to catch the animal and safely return it to its owners, and he was right back to the task at hand without missing a beat. Thank you for hiring such good people. Everyone we have worked with there has been remarkable. The misfortune of having a flood in the front of our house has given us the chance to meet some of the folks on your team. We truly appreciate the effort and the service.
