Comment: This was a stellar experience from the phone conversation with Melissa to the end result of clean carpets. The only negative is that I tried to schedule online, but wasn't able to because of the lack of choices. On the other hand, if I'd done that, I'd have missed the interaction with the delightful Melissa.

Comment: I tried using your website and actually selected the date and time and got a confirmation but then was informed by phone the date and time I confirmed would not be available, so that was disappointing but the phone rep was very professional and helpful. Alberto was the tech and he was absolutely super. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use you again.
