Comment: The technician was sent to my home address instead of my rental house in Grapevine. He was ringing my home doorbell and not receiving any answer, when I received a call from Dalworth on my cell phone. The technician was very pleasant when he arrived at the rental house about 45 minutes later and did an excellent job.

Comment: Our service tech KC was great. I had carpet in my master bedroom I was ready to rip up and just live with the concrete floor. He got my carpet looking great. I don't know how he did it but my husband and I were both amazed. He was very polite and professional. I'm hoping in the future I can request him to come back:)
