Comment: The service techs were very nice. They put forth extra effort to get out a spot in my grandson's room. They seem to take pride in their work. Please note their names in my file so that I can have them return next time I need my carpet cleaned.

Comment: I want Richard Hearns scheduled as the technician for all future services. Efficient & friendly but more important, highly competent. He got stains out that your last tech didn't impact, except to make them less noticeable. Carpets that were covered with area rugs since home was built were indistinguishable from uncovered and stained carpet one inch away. Very good work.

Comment: Not sure how to rate the price of the service since this is only the first time our carpets and tile floors were cleaned commercially. The service technician was excellent both in attitude and aptitude, and worked efficiently to complete the service in 6 hours. Since the cost of the service was $963, the hourly rate could be calculated as $160 per hour, or the number of floors cleaned was 13 and the cost per floor was $74 per room, or the square footage of the area cleaned was 2500 and the cost could be calculated as $0.38 per square foot. Again, I do not have a prior cleaning experience to reference so I cannot rate the cost of your service intelligently. All that said, I am pleased with the results of your service and feel the cost of the service was reasonable.

Comment: The master bath is still not really clean but it is old carpet and the stains may be set in. Also he forgot the baseboards and did the bathroom baseboards but didn't do them through the entire areas that were cleaned. He also didn't rake after he was finished.

Comment: My carpets were not cleaned but had two recliners cleaned. I have never had such a good job. They look like new chairs. our technician was Stephen and he did an excellent job. Several spots required some hard work but he did not stop until he had removed all spots. I was very satisfied with everything.
