Comment: I had two Tech to clean my place and I was not there physically (left the key for them). The first Tech did very bad but Cosandra did excellent job in correcting the mess that was left behind. However, I marked my survey based on the second one doing the job. Good job all working together.

Comment: George, the service technician, was personable, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the entire process that would be followed. He did a very good job of the cleaning overall, and significantly reduced the several red spots on our den that were as a result of our wonder dog getting a hold of a Marks A Lot (in red) and chewing it so that the contents of the marker went on our carpet in several spots. The outcome of the cleaning was better than we expected, since the stains were from a "permanent" marker. Next time I use DalWorth I will certainly ask for George. The price quoted for the services was slightly to moderately higher than quotes from other companies. In the end, I feel we got a fair deal.

Comment: the tech doesnt need to smoke were people can see him. i never smelled the smoke but we could see him smoking and some people dont like smoking. he was very nice and did a good job

Comment: I had to leave for a short time, but he was gone when I got back. The grooming was not done and footprints remained. I appreciate the choice of three different levels of cleaning.
