Comment: I had a bad experiance with dalworth before,So I wrote them off for a while. But I knew other carpet companies werent as good. So I eventually called dalworth back, and had a great experiance. I have already had them back to do the tile. After the holidays I plan on inviting them back to do the rest of the house

He was patient, very careful, and totally concerned about my satisfaction in his work, which, oh by the way is way up there on the scale! Comment: Your online system confirmed a time that your technician was unavailable. I had to call several times to make sure the technician would come. I was happy with the service but it was a huge pain getting it scheduled.

Comment: drying time was long only because he did a very thourogh deep clean on pet areas. I did have the pet areas deep leaned.

Comment: It rained the day of service and again today so that might explain the slow dry. We thought we were getting floor fans but I obviously failed to check the right boxes. I would suggest that your technician go over what the client ordered on arrival to see whether there was a service that they failed to ask for. No problem in our case -- just a suggestion.

I liked the fact that you can go online and schedule an appointment and they give you several windows to choose from and when I submitted it, I got a call the very next day. It was consistent communication. He didn't charge me for the wine stains he couldn't get out. Description of Work: We use Dalworth cleaner. They cleaned the upholstery, couch and love seat.

Comment: Service technician was very informative, polite and courteous. Only negative is my appointment time was 1-3pm. He showed up right around 3pm. I had other obligations I had to cancel due to being late.

Comment: 1)The technician was late but I do not blame him - I blame HDQ for over-scheduling him. To do a good job and be thorough, as he was, it takes time. Time to do the job right. 2)Drying took a while but it was a very humid day. 3)Dalworth costs more - it is not a bargain - but you get what you pay for. It is worth it. I have tried "bargain" carpet cleaners, and I don't know why but the job they do does not last as long as Dalworth.

Comment: Adam was so great! He brought his black light in and showed me where all the urine was in my carpet and explained to me the different amounts of soiling that can occure with urine. He worked his butt off trying to get all of it out and I can not say enough good things about the work he did for us. He needs a raise!
