Comment: Good morning. My additional comments would be the technicians arrived early (without any call from Dalworth like I was promised 30 minutes beforehand). Also, I purchased the standard service but the technician had that I had purchased the economy service. I had already moved everything that needed to be moved, but I really just wanted my carpets dried so I didn't have to wait a long time, and that is why I paid for the standard service. I had to pull up my original e-mail to indeed prove that I had ordered that service. They were very quick and efficient, but the only thing I wasn't happy with are two quarter inch by quarter inch small chunks taken out of my furniture. It is right in front but it was upstairs and not something I notice until they left and I started putting things back in place hours later. It would very much renew my faith in your company if I could have this fixed. Also, I have put yes for the same technicians, but I honestly believe you probably have many good people that can perform a carpet cleaning service.

Comment: I was out of town and my daughter met the technician at the house. Since the house was empty, drying time was not an issues for me. I only heard good things from her about the service they performed. (I did not hear about his appearance or attitude-so I rated them as "good". There was some doubt about the ability to save the badly stained carpet, but it came out looking great. The $97 for carpet cleaning saved me having to replace the carpet. Thanks!

Comment: TRAVIS REVIEWED ALL OPTIONS REGARDING MY PET DAMAGE ON MY CARPETS..I ELECTED TO PURCHASE NEW CARPET RATHER THAN PAY $500 TO CLEAN, AND THEN MAY HAVE TO REPEAT THE PROCESS. I HAD NO IDEA THE HARDWOOD FLOORS REQUIRED A FEE OF $866 TO CLEAN. AFTER RECOVERING FROM MY HEART ATTACK,THE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL. IT WILL NEVER HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS AGAIN AS I HAD RENTED MY HOME FOR 7 YEARS AND WILL NOW OCCUPY THE PROPERTY! TRAVIS WAS DELIGHTFUL, A VERY COURTEOUS YOUNG MAN, AND IF HE EVER WANTS TO BE ADOPTED, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Comment: Brandon was our Tech. He did an outstanding job. I can tell when a person takes pride in there work and enjoys what they do for a living. I have had ducts cleaned previously by blackmon-mooring and was disappointed with the results and the Techs poor attitude. Brandon explained in great detail what he would be doing, why he was doing it in the order that he was, and what we could expect from the outcome. My wife and I were shocked at the amount filth he removed from our system and dryer vent. There is a very dramatic difference in the air quality we are breathing, as it was a breath of fresh air to see someone doing a great job with a great attitude. Comment: There was one spot that the technician said he was able to remove and at the time, it was gone - but then after it dried; it came back worse and larger. This is not the technicians fault - but wanted to point out.

Arrived on time and proceeded to clean the floor tile and grout. Very friendly and professional. Did a very nice job. Was very careful to protect the carpeted areas when going through the bedroom to the master bathroom. Description of Work: Cleaned large area of floor tile and grout in kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room, entry hall and two bathrooms.

Comment: I dont think the tech.pretreated my hall by the kitchen,i know he did the rest of the home . He vac.my house and i saw him pretreat the spots in my L.Rm. I took pictures. I know they were tough spots but when yall have treated before,in the past the stain were gone. I m sorry for the bad review.

Comment: the small rug we had done needs a re-do. There was blush on one corner of it and it spread out once the water hit it. The technician pointed it out but thought he got it all. Once it dried, the red was everywhere.
